Perfect spot for families

The staff was super helpful, always had a smile while assisting us, like angels put on earth. The food was amazing, especially breakfast, I mean, who doesn't begin their day with several types of bread rolls and fresh fruits?

I can't believe the reception staff refused to call a taxi for us. It was ridiculously inconvenient to navigate the neighborhood looking for one since the room heater didn’t work either! This made for an uncomfortably cold and frustrating experience during our stay.

During my stay, I truly enjoyed being just 500 meters from Trianon Park for relaxing walks and a short stroll around 2 km to the beautiful Cathedral Square that made sightseeing a breeze, and it's a decent place for exploring the city if you don't mind a few bumps along the way.
